Events organized by the platform's organizers are strictly reserved for Golden Indigo members. This rule aims to guarantee a sense of security among members in order to maintain a healthy environment, in accordance with the values we uphold: kindness, tolerance, sharing, and respect.
Confidentiality applies to all private or professional, whether they take place in an enclosed space, a residence, or a reserved area. However, it cannot be required in open public spaces, except within the strict framework of an event organized by the platform or its members.
Any breach of this confidentiality, accompanied by evidence, may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
Furthermore, partner events displayed on our platform's dashboard, which redirect to external websites or ticketing services, are not subject to this privacy policy. Why? Because these events are not organized within the Golden Indigo community itself; therefore, they do not fall under our internal charter, but solely reflect the spirit of Golden Indigo and the themes the brand wishes to promote.
To ensure you can enjoy member events as spontaneously as possible and experience the most exciting and vibrant moments, we ask that you limit your use of mobile phones by keeping them in your pockets or leaving them in designated cloakrooms, if specified by the organizer in the event description. This approach fosters a more engaging experience with a larger audience and allows for unforgettable moments, free from the distractions of screens.
If the organizer expressly imposes a no-filming policy during their event, they must provide a written document specifying image rights and applicable conditions.
Any breach of this rule, with supporting evidence, may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
Courtesy and respect must be scrupulously observed by everyone. It is worth remembering that one person's freedom ends where another's begins.
Regarding certain specific types of events, such as sex-related events or those dealing with sexuality, please note that prostitution is prohibited within the event premises between members. If a person is caught soliciting for their services by a participant, they will be permanently banned from the event using our reporting system, if evidence is provided.
Please reserve your smoking for the outdoors and designated indoor spaces.
In the event of disrespect towards others, breach of consent, theft, hate speech, sexist remarks, serious misconduct or illness of a guest, we ask for your understanding and kindness in informing the competent people in charge of the organization of the event to ensure its smooth running.
For both private and professional events, please respect the venues made available for events between members as if they were your own home.

Everyone is different. Please respect each other's practices and differences. Free yourself from others and reclaim or reclaim being yourself, starting with your thoughts, your image, and your body as you see fit.

The charter must be read and approved before any entry to events concerning members.
Each member understands and accepts that by participating in events created on our platform, the User may have their account permanently deleted if they do not comply with the event charter.
Each member understands and agrees that they may testify by contacting Golden Indigo if they have tangible evidence against another member, should the member in question fail to comply with the rules established by this charter during member events held on our platform. Golden Indigo will strive to mediate between the accused member and the alleged victim(s) to clarify the situation and address any transgressions that would be detrimental to the interests of both parties.
Each member understands and accepts that any false testimonies that would harm or infringe upon the privacy and reputation of a member will be permanently excluded from the platform, without notice or possible refund of our services.
