To ensure you enjoy our events to the fullest and have the most spectacular experience possible, we are limiting the use of mobile phones. This measure helps create a more engaging atmosphere with a larger audience and allows us to promote unforgettable moments without being disturbed by your phones. Therefore, please leave your smartphones in the cloakroom. Private areas will be available for phone calls.
Protecting everyone's privacy is one of our priorities. No photos or videos are allowed except for those recorded by Golden Indigo with the consent of its clientele.
Any breach of this rule may lead to exclusion from our original Golden Hours events, from our platform, and management reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who has failed to comply with the charter of our events.
Mingling with the crowd, the Golden Angels will be available to guests to ensure respect for others and the smooth running of events. In case of any problems or breaches of civility or the event's code of conduct, please do not hesitate to ask for their assistance.
Courtesy and respect must be strictly observed by everyone. In the event of any misconduct, management reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities if any wrongdoing is reported. It is worth remembering that one person's freedom ends where another's begins.
Prostitution is prohibited within the premises of our original Golden Hours events. Anyone caught soliciting for their services will be permanently banned from our event and platform.
National and international laws, depending on the country, must be scrupulously respected by both Golden Indigo and the participants.
Tired of suits and ties or suffering in high heels? Dress as you please and break free from conventions and appearances. Don't be afraid to show your personality. Simply be yourself, starting by taking off your masks.
To encourage a creative environment and enhance the festive and immersive aspects of the worlds offered by Golden Indigo, your outfits should be stylish and inventive, in order to preserve the quality of the experience.
Failure to comply with the above instructions will result in Management refusing you entry without any possibility of a refund for your ticket.
For example, smoking is strictly prohibited inside enclosed spaces at our events. Please reserve your smoking for outdoors and in designated indoor areas.
In the event of a lack of manners, a breach of consent, theft, hate speech, serious misconduct or illness of a guest, we ask for your understanding and kindness in informing the competent people in charge of the organization of the event such as security or the Golden Angels to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Given the quality of our reception areas and our artistic direction, please treat the premises, and in particular the interiors made available to participants, as if they were your own home. Any breach of this rule will be penalized with equal severity to the damage caused, and management reserves the right to take legal action.

To fully enjoy the experience, participants must be punctual. As with a theatre performance, lateness may result in being refused entry and no refund will be issued.
The charter must be read and accepted before entering our events. Entry to Golden Hours events is only possible with Silver or Gold membership on the Golden Indigo platform (unless prior agreement has been obtained from management).
Management reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any breach of the charter.
