2.4 - The Site/Application is in pre-alpha/Alpha phase. The Publisher may decide to add or remove Services and/or features to a Service unilaterally and without prior notice, without the Member being able to claim any damages.
3.1 - The User agrees to be of legal age in their country of residence and in the countries where events are organized in order to register for and use the Services. 3.2 - The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration (such as their first and last name). Otherwise, the Company may refuse registration or delete the account without notice.
3.3 - To become a Member, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following:
3.4 - Registration for the Golden Community is granted at the Publisher's unilateral and discretionary discretion, is valid for a limited time, and allows access to the Services available free of charge and/or paid by subscribing.
To ensure a network of active Members, access to the Golden Community is valid for the duration of the subscription or under the agreed terms indefinitely, except for possible suspensions or exclusions in the event of non-compliance with the applicable conditions. Consequently, the Member understands and accepts that non-compliance with the applicable conditions may result in the suspension of their account or their exclusion, even if their subscription has been paid.
At the end of the subscription period or the terms granted, access may be renewed or terminated at the Publisher's unilateral decision, based on the Member's activity on the Site/Application or their use of the Services, etc.
3.5 - The Publisher will process the registration request as soon as possible in order to issue a favorable or unfavorable opinion on the registration requests submitted in the form of an application during registration.
3.6 - Subscription payments are made on the Site/Application by a payment subcontractor exclusively by credit card.
3.7 - Subscriptions are tacitly renewed at their expiry for a period equal to the initial period, unless the Publisher has not renewed the subscription under the conditions of article 3.4 above.
3.8 - The different Member statuses are as follows:
The features and services offered on the platform are subject to change at any time as part of the Publisher's ongoing development and improvement.
A. Standard/Free Member: benefits from the free plan and limited services detailed on the website: https://www.golden-indigo.com/abonnements

3.9 - To uphold our commitment to creating a community of publicly known artists, while preserving the privacy of our celebrities and ensuring all our Gold members are certified, certain prerequisites are required before acceptance into these plans. Specifically, to be accepted into this plan, the Member understands and agrees that they must have previously possessed and completed one of the following items on the list below:
Or

4.1 - Because your privacy is our priority, the Publisher is committed to taking all necessary care to preserve it and is committed to ensuring that none of the personal data of its Users/Members is resold to third parties.
In this regard:
Where the service in question allows it, communications benefit from end-to-end encryption aimed at preventing access to the content of the exchanges by unauthorized third parties.
4.2 - Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the platform's Privacy Policy. You can also find details of the data processing procedures in the dedicated notice below:
Any failure to comply with these commitments could result in the exclusion of the User/Member from the community at the Company's discretion without prior notice, and without any possibility of reimbursement for our third-party services;
Remember the human element. Golden Indigo is a space designed to create an open-minded community around a digital platform intended to be a digital gateway linking the virtual to the real, where each user is there to contribute to creating interactions towards vibrant opportunities for greater human, cultural and professional enrichment.
Finally, since freedom of expression and freedom of being are important to us, it is also logical to reiterate that it is forbidden to attack marginalized or vulnerable groups. Everyone has the right to use our platform without being harassed, intimidated, or threatened with violence. Users inciting violence or encouraging hatred based on identity or vulnerability will be immediately banned. The freedom of some begins where that of others ends; every choice made by Users/Members has the right to be respected as long as it does not promote indoctrination, which is obviously strictly prohibited by Billone SAS on the Site/Application.
Strongly committed to the protection and confidentiality of its Members, the Publisher will take all measures it deems necessary in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior by a Member in the context of using the Services.
5.1 - The Member understands and accepts:
Any inappropriate behavior can be reported by contacting the moderation team from the Application/Site in the information section or by sending an email to the following email address: [reclamation@golden-indigo.com] or, on the “report this member” feature of the application from the Site.
5.2 - Although Billone SAS undertakes to do everything possible to ensure optimal security and protects the intellectual property rights of all, the User/Member expressly waives any recourse against the Publisher in the event of any infringement of their privacy, their image rights or any consequence likely to harm them due to the disclosure or dissemination of content posted online by them or by another User/Member.
5.3 - In the event that the Company's liability is sought due to a breach by the User/Member of the obligations incumbent upon him under any applicable regulations, with regard to the General Terms of Use, General Terms of Sale or the Charter, the User/Member undertakes to guarantee and hold the Company harmless from any judgment rendered against it, from all costs incurred and to compensate the Company for all damages suffered.
5.4 - Copyright infringement has serious consequences, particularly for the plagiarized creator, both in the eyes of the Site/Application and under the law. Billone SAS takes intellectual property infringement very seriously and removes any counterfeit or plagiarized digital content from the platform if the digital media is found guilty of copyright infringement. After three warnings, the content creator will be permanently banned from the Site.
5.5 - Disinformation is prohibited on the Website or the Application. By definition, the word "information" refers to the act of informing someone or a group of individuals and keeping them up-to-date on tangible facts or events, whether geopolitical or cultural. In other words, for Billone SAS, anyone deliberately wishing to inform Users/Members when creating a post about tangible facts or events on our Website/Application is obligated, in every written or video medium containing information, to cite their sources, either orally or in writing. Every informational video must be sourced and/or documented with supporting evidence. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the video being removed if it is rightfully determined to be disinformation.
As a reminder: disinformation is the use of mass media techniques to mislead, conceal, or distort the facts. This type of behavior is prohibited, and any User/Member will be sanctioned and their account permanently deleted. It is also important to emphasize, again as a means of combating disinformation, that if figures are published in a public awareness survey, it is crucial and mandatory to define and/or cite the organization requesting the survey, the number of people interviewed, their ages, their geographical location, and the ability to provide visual evidence upon request from all sources and interviews examined. These restrictions serve the public interest by preventing the manipulation of figures and their misrepresentation.
5.6 - Any AI-generated video/image must be acknowledged verbally or in writing when a post is created. Any video that does not include this attribution may be penalized. The User/Member risks permanent account deletion if, in particular, the content is found to be copied or defamatory and the resulting harm is substantiated by reports from other Users/Members or by Billone SAS.
Registered Members may, at any time, decide to terminate their subscription or registration via the Application/Website, or close their account in their settings. This request will be processed as quickly as possible, with effect from the next business day following receipt of the request.
6.1 - The User/Member acknowledges and accepts the rules applicable on the Site/Application, the Services, and that failure to comply with these rules may result in the permanent deletion of their account and expressly waives the right to reimbursement for third-party services from Billone SAS.
6.2 - The Publisher reserves the right unilaterally, at any time, and after having previously informed the User/Member by email sent to the main email address mentioned on the account, to interrupt access to and the Publisher's Services without the User/Member being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
6.3 - The User/Member acknowledges and accepts that they cannot cancel their paid subscription for a free plan if their Ewallet balance contains money stored as tips or received from the sale of tickets associated with the creation of an event in order to protect their interests and those of other members, particularly in the context of an event with presale including participating third-party Users/Members.
6.4 - If Silver and Gold Members fail to pay their subscription fees on time, their access will be immediately restricted and the benefits included in their chosen plan will be forfeited. The Member will then only have access to the free services available to Standard Members. All deposits and withdrawals to the Ewallet and any associated bank accounts (bank details) will be frozen. Previous earnings from referrals will be paid out as business introducers, and all pending referrals earned after the end of their subscription will be revoked and removed from the Ewallet's payment history.
6.5 - If no substantial profit is available on the IBAN(s) registered by the User, please note that maintaining it generates financial costs for Billone SAS. Consequently, the bank details registered and associated with the various IBANs in the Ewallet included in the Silver and Gold plans will be permanently deleted upon cancellation of a subscription. Only the history of invoices, credit notes, receipts, and account statements made in the name and on behalf of a third party will remain in the Free (standard) plan.
The following are some exceptions or situations detailed below for Organizers/Sellers using our ticketing system:
6.6 - The voluntary termination of a User/Member's account, whether at their request or directly by the Publisher due to a breach of the Company's terms of use and sale, will not entitle the User to any refund of sums already paid. The User accepts that any ongoing paid Services they have purchased will be considered fulfilled by Billone SAS.
6.7 - Voluntarily deleting a bank account number from a User/Member's account at their request is impossible as long as funds are still present in the kitty of an event or on their E-wallet.
Indeed, such a deletion or termination would imply for the Member to forfeit the sums still stored on his E-wallet or would prevent the proper processing of refunds, even though Billone SAS remains contractually obligated to honor the payments due to the Sellers/Organizers/Participants concerned.
Therefore, the Member must first withdraw or regularize all funds present in their savings accounts and E-wallet before any deletion of bank details or request for definitive termination of the account.
6.8 - The termination of a User/Member's account at their request is impossible if their eWallet balance is suspected of fraud or if it contains funds received from tips or ticket sales at an event. According to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the organizer is responsible for refunds and the consequences of an event cancellation. The organizer must fulfill their obligations to participants regarding the execution and proper delivery of the service(s) offered for sale.
7.1 - The Publisher reserves the right, at any time and at its own discretion, to add, modify, or delete any content available on the Site/Application without prior notice to the User/Member. The Publisher may notify the User/Member of any changes if deemed necessary by adding detailed patch notes during major updates.
7.2 - Given the services offered by the Publisher, the User/Member is informed that the Site/Application may contain content of nudity, including content that may be used for artistic purposes. However, explicit content is strictly prohibited on the Site/Application in public.
The user/Member understands and accepts that it is strictly forbidden to publish content on the Site/Application that prominently depicts acts such as explicit sexual intercourse with penetration, visibility of genitals, objects involving penetration, or visual images related in any way to practices such as bukkake and masturbation.
Explicit nudity is prohibited, but it may be tolerated only in the "private albums" of members' private profiles and in a member's personal messaging. Private albums on professional pages, however, are not permitted to contain explicit content in order to prevent the resale of nudity-related content, as outlined in Article 5.1 of the Terms of Service above.
7.2.1 - Media content representing the elements below, whether posted privately, publicly, or at events, will be rejected by our algorithms, and the User/Member will not be able to post prohibited content on the Site as identified by the algorithms. Each piece of content identified by the algorithms will trigger an automatic notification to the moderators. For example, the following elements are prohibited by the publisher;
Any content detected by automated moderation systems or reported by Users/Members may be subject to manual review by Billone SAS moderators and could result in sanctions ranging up to suspension or permanent account deletion.
As a reminder, each piece of content mentioned exposes you to criminal prosecution if you create an event and/or publish content listed above. The Publisher, Billone SAS, reserves the right to permanently delete any such content.
If a user/member violates article 7.2.1 by posting inappropriate content, thereby failing to meet their obligations, their account may be temporarily or permanently excluded from the platform (Site/Application) depending on the severity of the harm caused .
Each media outlet is analyzed by an algorithm to ensure its restrictions are strictly enforced. The Publisher makes every effort to block categorically prohibited content that the User/Member might otherwise access. However, the User/Member is informed and accepts that the availability of these algorithms does not constitute an obligation of result for the Publisher, and therefore the Publisher cannot be held liable if sexually explicit content remains visible to the User/Member. The User/Member agrees to report any prohibited content on the platform, and the moderation team at Billone SAS commits to making every effort to enforce these terms of use.
In cases of harassment, theft of intellectual property content as defined in Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, and violations of a User/Member's freedom regarding inappropriate content directed at them and/or failure to obtain consent for explicit content published publicly or received via message, the User/Member is encouraged to report the incident by clicking the "Report this member" button and describing the facts, including the date and time of the harm caused. The Publisher will then determine whether the User/Member will be permanently banned from the Site/Application. Billone is deeply committed to respecting others and respecting consent, and promotes positive values within its platform.
7.3 - By regularly updating the Site/Application or as soon as it becomes aware of it following a report according to the terms mentioned in 7.4 herein, the Publisher will make its best efforts to promptly remove any illegal content, in particular content relating to the glorification of crimes against humanity, zoophilic acts, incitement to racial hatred and child pornography, incitement to violence and attacks on human dignity or rules of use, and reserves the right to report such content to the competent authorities.
7.4 - Anyone wishing to inform the Publisher of inappropriate or illegal content may report it by writing to the registered office address or via the information section in the “contact support” area of the Application/Website or by email to [reclamation@golden-indigo.com]. The User/Member may also report the publication directly using the “report this member” button available for this purpose associated with each publication or profile.
In accordance with the terms of Article 6-I-5 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the message must contain the following information:
Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6-I-7 of the Law of 21 June 2004, the Publisher provides users with an easily accessible and visible reporting button allowing any person to report illegal content relating to the glorification of crimes against humanity, incitement to racial hatred and child pornography, incitement to violence, and attacks on human dignity. These mechanisms are mentioned in the first paragraph of Article 7.4 herein.
In accordance with Article 6-I-4 of the Law of 21 June 2004, the act, by any person, of presenting to the persons mentioned in 2 a content or an activity as being illegal in order to obtain its removal or to stop its dissemination, when he knows this information to be inaccurate, is punishable by a sentence of one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 Euros.
7.5 - The Member agrees to communicate all private information via the designated messaging system. It is strictly forbidden to share a telephone number, email address, or any other means of contact in online posting and commenting tools. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in sanctions, up to and including the Member's exclusion.
7.6 - The Site/Application is accessible 24/7, subject to unintentional interruptions or interruptions necessary for technical maintenance, upkeep, and updates, and interruptions decided by the Publisher. The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of the Site/Application being inaccessible.
7.7 - The current versions of the General Terms of Use, General Terms of Sale, and Charter are accessible at any time. These documents may be modified unilaterally and without notice by the Publisher at any time.
7.8 - Billone SAS aims to promote a more reliable, responsible platform that respects the time invested by Organizers and Participants in events offered on the Application/Website. Therefore: registering means making a commitment!
In the event of two consecutive unjustified cancellations within a 30-day period concerning events without presale, the service fees applied to paid events (with presale) will be increased, rising to €10 including VAT instead of €2.45 including VAT or €4.90 including VAT (prices charged in the European Union), depending on the type of ticket concerned (Solo or Duo).
This price increase will apply for a period of 1 month. During this period, access to events without pre-sale tickets will be unavailable from the account of the Member concerned, even if they have a paid subscription.
This measure aims to empower Participants and ensure a more reliable experience for all, while protecting Organizers and respecting the time, costs and work invested in their events.
To be part of the Golden Indigo community, the User/Member agrees to have read its principles and to have accepted the charters of our platform regarding events between members and golden hours, accessible hereand here which guarantee respect and consent for everyone.
If the User/Member does not respect its moral principles on the Application/Site or during events of a member or the Publisher, the Publisher may, without delay, terminate the subscription without financial compensation.

The Website/Application acts as a sales intermediary, connecting Members for the purchase and reservation of tickets to Events. Responsibility for sales, associated rights, compliance with laws and regulations, and any resulting consequences rests solely with the Organizer. The Website/Application is only responsible for the proper technical execution of the sales process and the matching system.
The Site/Application does not sell tickets on behalf of a third-party organizer and never takes possession of tickets offered by Users. Buyer and seller Members are put in direct contact to establish contracts through the Site. The Site cannot be considered a ticket seller, nor can it incur any liability in this regard for a third party, as it is simply an intermediary.
The Organizer guarantees Billone SAS France against any claim related to or arising from the Event. As a mere sales intermediary, Billone SAS cannot be held responsible for the organization and execution of the Event.
If the Organizer generates profits, Billone SAS is relieved of all responsibility related to the mandatory income declaration to the relevant services made by the organizer on the kitty made available for the User/Member and Organizer.
The Organizer has access to ticketing administration features available exclusively through our presale service, which is linked to the creation of their event. The Organizer can configure the Event, the tickets on sale (prices where applicable, quotas, cancellations, QR code integration, QR code scanning integration, refunds, event information and statistics, selection of a fully customizable moderation team from their interface, assignment of ticket scans by their moderators, additional features for tickets, communication with Members, group invitations, a sorting system for presale entries via queries, guest list management, and the creation of promotional codes. The Organizer is solely responsible for managing their Event using the tools provided.
The Organizer can thus view the number of invitations sent, interested guests and registered participants and the projected revenue related to the event, corresponding to the ticket price multiplied by the number of participants in the event.
By using the ticketing system, as a professional Organizer, the Organizer agrees to use exclusively the resources provided on the Website/Application to organize and promote their Events, and in particular, not to use any payment platform other than the one provided by the Publisher on the Website. Events created as a professional organizer on the Website/Application are exclusively reserved for and intended for the Golden Community. As a reminder, the BILLONE SAS community upholds values and maintains a private community to preserve a safe environment so that each User/Member can feel secure. Any verified or repeated report from a User/Member to an organizer, informing us that a person outside the Golden Community has participated in an event created through the Website/Application, will result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
A professional event can only be modified once per event in the same country assigned to the address of the original event and within an authorized postponement period of between 15 days and 3 months.
Please note: the VAT rate for tickets and benefits sold by a Professional Organizer cannot be modified after its creation.
Private events are mostly intended to be created by and between individuals.
The Organizer can create an event for free and forgo the presale system, or they can use the ticketing administration feature available only with our presale system when creating their event. The Organizer can configure the Event, the tickets on sale (prices if applicable, quotas, cancellations, QR code integration, QR code scanning integration, refunds, event information and statistics, selection of a fully customizable moderation team from their interface, assignment of ticket scans by their moderators (configurable), additional perks for tickets, communication with Members, group invitations, a sorting system for presale entries based on queries, guest list management, and the creation of promotional codes. The Organizer is solely responsible for managing their Event using the tools provided.
The Organizer can thus view the number of invitations sent, interested guests and registered participants and the projected revenue related to the event, corresponding to the ticket price multiplied by the number of participants in the event.
By using the ticketing system, as a private Organizer, the Organizer agrees to use exclusively the resources provided on the Website/Application to organize and promote their Events, and in particular, not to use any payment platform other than the one provided by the Publisher on the Website. Events created as a private organizer on the Website/Application are exclusively reserved for and intended for the Golden Community.
For obvious security reasons for the Organizer and its participants, the private event feature will be limited to two hundred and five (205) registered participants. If you wish to increase this number, the Organizer must create a professional event page for this purpose.
The date for a private event organized by an individual, associated with pre-sales, can only be created within a short timeframe of between 1 day and 1 month. A private event can only be modified once per event within the same country assigned to the original event address, and within a maximum postponement period of 15 days to 1 month from its creation date.
Please note: the VAT rate for tickets and benefits sold by a private organizer cannot be changed after its creation.

5.6.1 With the aim of connecting individuals, the Website/Application provides a Service allowing Members, acting as individuals, to organize Events with or without pre-sale tickets – hereinafter referred to as the Organizers. The Website/Application acts as an intermediary, directly connecting Members for the purchase or reservation of their participation in private Events. The Organizer is solely responsible for any reimbursements received as a result of expenses incurred, associated fees, compliance with laws and regulations, and any resulting consequences.
5.6.2 The transfer order and receipt for winnings associated with private events are deposited into the organizer's bank account after the event has taken place on the 5th, 14th, and 28th of each month, within 1 to 5 business days. This information is available in the eWallet section under "Event Funding" via the "Claim Funding" button, which becomes active 3 days after the event. These items can be downloaded directly from the eWallet history. This timeframe allows for the reimbursement of any advance payments made during the event in case of fraud and ensures the best possible protection for our users. Members are connected directly to establish contracts through the Website/Application.
5.6.3 The invoicing system will be available at the end of a private event on the 5th, 14th, and 28th of each month following its completion. The Organizer can retrieve their final statement of account, which can be accessed and downloaded directly from their eWallet history.

In the event of fraud and non-reimbursement for a professional event after it has taken place, BILLONE SAS may request the professional organizer to provide any document attesting to the legitimacy and legitimacy of the event's organization: rental agreement, prefectural authorization, company registration extract (KBIs), proof of address of the person in charge or the organizer's identity document, etc. In such a case, a direct debit mandate may be issued if the user/participant reports the event within a maximum of 3 days after it has taken place and if the information is found to be correct upon verification. This mandate will be accompanied by an invoice sent by email.
The Organizer undertakes to comply with all regulations applicable to the organization of their event. As an intermediary, if BILLONE SAS determines that an Event is manifestly illegal, dangerous, or contrary to the Terms and Conditions of Use/Terms and Conditions of the Website/Application, Billone SAS may unilaterally decide to block the Event, associated sales, and demand reimbursement of any sums already paid. Billone SAS may also decide to initiate legal proceedings in the event of non-compliance or serious misconduct as described above.
It is recalled that selling, offering for sale or displaying for sale tickets to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or to a live show, habitually and without the authorization of the producer, the organizer or the owner of the exploitation rights of this event or show, is punishable by a fine of €15,000 (€30,000 fine in case of repeat offence).
In the event of a dispute, Billone SAS will contact the Organizers to find an amicable solution. If the dispute is not resolved within fifteen (15) days of initial contact, Billone SAS may initiate legal proceedings in the event of non-compliance with applicable laws and the general terms and conditions of sale. As a service fee, Billone SAS will retain from the Organizer and participants the commissions initially paid at the time of ticket purchase.

This button is only available for Events configured and “open to all members” if the Organizer has enabled this option. In all other cases, if the event was configured using a filtering system or by invitation only, the ticket transfer becomes invalid and the “transfer” button becomes unavailable. Reselling a ticket then becomes impossible and prohibited according to our Terms and Conditions, as explained in Article 5.9.1 of these terms
5.9.2 A User/Member understands and accepts that a ticket transfer can only be done once.
5.9.3 A User/Member who receives a ticket transfer waives any right to a refund from the organizer.

Users/Members residing in countries outside the SEPA IBAN zone understand and accept that their bank details cannot be stored on the eWallet. Other banking systems (e.g., non-SEPA IBAN/ACH/BACS) are currently under development and are unfortunately not yet available on the Website/Application; they will be added later.

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for bank transfers to be received, depending on the bank involved. The funds will be deposited into the default bank account details (RIB) of the Member who has an active e-wallet account through their subscription.
Transfer orders linked to bank details related to presale earnings for organized events are automatically deposited into the account owner's bank account on the 5th, 14th, and 28th of each month. The funds will be deposited into the default bank account details (RIB) or any additional RIBs optionally added by members with an active e-wallet account upon subscription. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for bank transfers to be received, depending on the bank involved.
6.1.2 Users/Members whose bank details are suspected of fraud, or suspected of fraud by Billone, will have their payments due for Events, Tips, Golden Letters, and Referrals suspended, and their e-wallet frozen. The bank account holder will then have to rectify the situation before Billone SAS can release the funds available in their e-wallet.
6.1.3 The User/Member declares that they are solely responsible for declaring their income according to their tax situation, accept the automatic issuance of invoices in their name to Billone SAS for situations requiring accounting justification as a professional, and contribute to the fight against fraud and money laundering.
6.1.4 Each User/Member with an active paid subscription can add only one bank account number (RIB) included in their paid subscription. Any additional bank details will incur an extra charge, which can be modified at the Member's request through their subscription management on the Website/Application. This charge is a flat fee of five euros (€5) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) per additional RIB added to the company's e-wallet account.
6.1.5 In the event that the Member wishes to delete his default RIB or one of his optionally added RIBs and a monetary balance is detected on his Ewallet, the Member understands and accepts that the deletion of an RIB subject to a positive money balance is impossible for him.
6.1.6 The minimum amount required to transfer all funds stored in the Ewallet balance to the member's bank details is €5
In accordance with Law No. 2018-898 of October 23, 2018, against fraud, Billone SAS is legally obligated to report this information to the French tax authorities. Pursuant to Article 242 bis of the General Tax Code and Article L114-19-1 of the Social Security Code, the Directorate General of Public Finances now requires online platforms and collaborative economy entities to submit, by January 31st at the latest, an annual statement detailing the number and total gross amount of transactions carried out by the user during the previous calendar year.
These obligations apply regardless of the region in France where the platform is established. Therefore, Billone SAS will send a summary to the member's e-wallet to justify and declare the income associated with a User's registered bank details, starting from €3,000 in earnings generated or more than 20 transactions per calendar year. Each User may have up to 3 bank details. Any bank details exceeding this limit will trigger a notification on their e-wallet via the application/website.
A user can therefore represent up to 3 legal entities, either personally or professionally, simultaneously on the website/application. Users/members can delete their bank details and add new ones if they wish. Once the number of transactions or the €3,000 threshold is exceeded, the following information is collected: the user's name, surname, tax address associated with their declared tax identification number, and the profits earned on the Billone platform per declared bank account.
NOTICED :
In certain cases, Billone SAS may be exempt from declaring its users' income for "non-profit" services derived from the sale of event tickets between individuals. Note: this exemption is conditional, meaning the user must not have generated more than €3,000 in revenue on the platform during the previous year or completed more than 20 transactions.
Even if a Billone SAS user is required to declare their earnings on the platform, this does not necessarily mean they will be taxed on them. In other words, it is important to distinguish between occasional ticket sales, such as those used to reimburse expenses incurred at events organized by individuals, and sales that constitute a recurring, professional activity.
NOTICED :
The Member is informed that the registered bank details must be set as default to receive earnings from the following services: Golden Letter, Tips, Referral, Private Event.
The Member is informed that the 3 bank details registered on the Ewallet can be selected to choose or receive the sums from the sales of tickets related to Pro Events.
Once a member's annual revenue exceeds eighteen thousand euros (€18,000), calculated on a calendar year basis, they will be required to update their bank details to reflect their professional status. If necessary, they will need to provide all required documentation to substantiate their professional status, following the application's procedures.

For illustrative purposes, this reward is equal to twenty-five percent (25%) including VAT of the pre-tax price of a Golden Letter. This amount is halved to 12.5% including VAT of the pre-tax price of a Golden Letter if the user is in a Duo. The User/Member receives this income as an influencer and agrees that Billone SAS may use their personal information to generate automatic invoices on their behalf.
6.6.6 The Member is prohibited from requesting the sending of golden letters from other Members, under penalty of sanctions in the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions and risks in case of abuse the permanent exclusion from the Site/Application.
6.6.7 The user/member receives these sums of money as an “influencer” and agrees that Billone may take their personal information to generate automatic invoices on their behalf.
6.7.1 The Tip Service allows a Member to send money to artists and/or influencers and/or collectives and/or professionals listed on the business pages to support or fund their projects as a one-time tip.

The Publisher makes every effort to moderate any suspicious behavior and/or any behavior that violates the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.
Users/Members who do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are subject to sanctions, including permanent exclusion from the platform and the initiation of legal proceedings.
6.7.6 The Publisher deducts the following commissions from each Member who pays a tip:
6.7.7 The user/member receives these sums of money as an “influencer” and agrees that Billone may use their personal information to generate automatic invoices and credits on their behalf.
6.7.8 In the event that the member's subscription is subject to an unpaid subscription or a terminated subscription, no payment can be made and the Member must renew their subscription to unlock their Ewallet.
6.7.9 Please note that the invoicing of commissions issued by Billone SAS will be separate from the invoices in the name and on behalf of the Owner of the Pro Page.
a. Example (applicable VAT):

b. Example (VAT not applicable) or (Not subject to VAT):

6.7.10 The Owner of a Pro Page expressly accepts to assume the risk of non-payment by BILLONE and waives in advance any liability on the part of BILLONE, for any reason whatsoever, in the event of non-payment following a rejection of the bank card following its opposition by a User/Member or due to fraudulent activities in non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of Billone SAS.
6.7.11 The Owner of a Professional Page accepts and understands that no appeal period will be granted in the event of a bank rejection and non-payment by a User/Member following a chargeback. The fees for order cancellations made by a participant's bank account will be fully charged to the Owner of the Professional Page and summarized in the invoice. Indeed, an online credit card transaction can become unpaid when the cardholder informs their bank that a transaction was not authorized or that the order was not delivered. Rejections generally result from chargebacks following theft or loss. It can also occur if the transaction is not recognized on the cardholder's bank statement, which cancels the transaction and debits BILLONE's bank account for the amount of the canceled transaction. The Owner of the Professional Page waives their right to object and expressly releases BILLONE from all liability in the event of a failure of these systems, which they further acknowledge being fully aware of. In return, BILLONE will actively collaborate with the Owner of the Professional Page to assist them in the recovery process against the User(s)/Member(s), particularly in light of any confidential information that Billone SAS may hold to aid in this process.
6.7.12 Before contacting the Publisher, Users/Members must attempt to reach an amicable solution with the Owner of the Professional Page. If this fails or the solution is unsatisfactory, Users/Members must include with their complaint the correspondence, including the date and time of their interactions with the Organizer. The Publisher will review the complaint as quickly as possible and assess the situation to find a solution where possible, at its sole discretion.
6.7.13 In the event of a software error in tip billing by Billone, the Member with a Professional Page has 15 days to dispute it. Billone undertakes to fulfill all valid requests as quickly as possible.

6.8.2 A referred Member who subscribes to a paid membership can offer their referrer a thank-you gift. In such a case, the referral fee will be deducted from the subscription amount by the Publisher, and this thank-you gift will be paid to the referrer and determined at the Publisher's discretion.
For illustrative purposes, here is the price list of the amounts detailed below:
The user/Member receives these sums of money as a “business introducer” and agrees that Billone may take their personal information to generate automatic assets on their behalf.

6.8.5 Transfer orders linked to bank details related to membership renewal earnings are automatically deposited into the account holder's bank account on January 14th. Amounts will be transferred at the beginning of each year to the default bank account details (RIB) of members with an active e-wallet account, which are linked to their subscription.
Content creators are not left out, because once our platform has reached the significant milestone of 5 million paid subscriptions, we will make available a compensation service for content creators under certain conditions of article 6.9.1 and 6.9.2 found below in order to give you an overview of what we envision for the future of our Golden Community.
6.9.1 After one year of using the platform, content creators with an active paid subscription, more than 1,000 followers on a professional page, publishing two videos of at least 12 minutes each with more than 250,000 views per user per video, and/or publishing 10 posts of more than 37,000 characters per month with more than 250,000 views per user, are eligible for monetization. Their content must be related to: culture, personal development, fact-checking for the common good (sourced and verified), knowledge development, well-being, events, crafts, or art. If this is the case, the Member will receive €0.015 per follower every month. To claim such a contract or the renewal of a contract, the user must contact the management by contacting the platform support or contact the management by sending an email to the following address: lecontactdescreatifs@golden-indigo.com.
6.9.2 Transfer orders are not automatic. Depending on the agreement between the Member and the Publisher, Billone SAS, transfers will be discussed beforehand with the bank account (RIB) that Billone SAS wishes to associate with. Billone SAS will review all requests from members wishing to receive payments from the Publisher. Payments are made to Members with an active paid subscription. If a Member's subscription has been cancelled, no payment can be made, and the Member forfeits their remaining balance.
